Muscle with Meaning - A 5hr Online Mobility Training with Ben Sears
ONLINE - February 22nd-23rd
Give your muscles a graduate degree and use strength intelligently. When each joint in your body can express itself without compensation from other areas, unconscious compromises are supplanted with space to operate.
This workshop will clarify how to use muscle intelligently to enhance your capacity in Yoga postures and beyond. We will practice simple and powerful drills that clarify how to use and develop strength to access and support corners that are hard to reach, and cover essential fundamentals for maintenance of your articulations.

The Fundamentals - A 5hr Online Training with Cari Friedman
ONLINE - March 15th + 16th
In this workshop we will explore the rich material of Katonah Yoga’s fundamental principles. Using the pillars of sacred geometry, maps and metaphors, we will engage the imagination to organize and orient the body and mind so that we can develop great habits that hold up over time. The goal is for you to leave renewed, empowered and joyful, with the tools and techniques you need to cultivate a sustainable practice.
Both days will include learning about the material, applying it into a practice, and then time for reflection and questions. This is for newcomers to Katonah as well as seasoned practitioners who would like to further refine their practice and knowledge of the theory.

Karma, Consciousness + Katonah Yoga: A 10hr ONLINE Training with Rose Lamont
ONLINE - April 4th, 5th + 6th
Highlighting the Transformation of Self through the Interplay of First Nature, Second Nature, and Third Nature.

30hr In Person Katonah Yoga Training
IN PERSON - May 22nd-26th
This training will include Katonah Yoga® theory, active and restorative practices, meditations, breathwork, workshops, open discussion and more. Each morning we will move through asana and breathing practices with various teachers and theory and workshop sessions will take place after lunch in the afternoons.
Learn and refine tools to measure up. Play well with yourself and others through concentration and radiance. Use the Katonah Yoga® material well and build insight personally and in community.
