  • Karma, Consciousness + Katonah Yoga: A 10hr Training with Rose Lamont

    ONLINE - April 4th, 5th + 6th

    Highlighting the Transformation of Self through the Interplay of First Nature, Second Nature, and Third Nature.

  • Chair Play - A 5hr Training Using Chairs for Leverage + Support with Lisa Fraipont

    ONLINE - April 26th-27th

    Chairs are a wonderful prop, close second to another human body - and the perfect way to explore poses that otherwise might be unfamiliar or forceful. They are a great tool to add to your home practice and prove surprisingly convenient for a travel practice.

    During this training we will explore the many facets of the chair - how to use all of the nooks and crannies of your yoga chair but also how to practice a basic sequence with a living room chair. We'll play with the anatomy of the chair and observe how by flipping it and turning it around we can, in the same way, change the angles and refine our visions of asana.

  • Breath Magic: Portals to Presence - A 5hr Training with Dages Juvelier Keates

    ONLINE - May 10th-11th

    Breath Magic is an immersive weekend of practice and training that blends accessible breathwork techniques, reflective prompts, and poetic musings to empower readers with tools for self-soothing, expansion, and joy. This is not simply a how-to weekend; it is a deeply embodied call to action for cultivating presence, resilience, and delight.⁠

  • 30hr In Person Katonah Yoga Training

    IN PERSON - May 22nd-26th

    This training will include Katonah Yoga® theory, active and restorative practices, meditations, breathwork, workshops, open discussion and more. Each morning we will move through asana and breathing practices with various teachers and theory and workshop sessions will take place after lunch in the afternoons.⁠

    Learn and refine tools to measure up. Play well with yourself and others through concentration and radiance.⁠ Use the Katonah Yoga® material well and build insight personally and in community.⁠
