Developing an Integrative Home Practice: A 5hr Online Training w David Regelin
Saturday, February 24th + Sunday, Feb 25th
10a - 12:30p EST
Muscular strength and skeletal structure are interrelated.
It is important to know how to align and center your posture, be able optimize and organize posture, progressively condition a posture to withstand stress, as in hold and move confidently with its own weight, in some cases eventually additional weight, in both optimal and suboptimal positions.
In this workshop we will explore different approaches to integrating strength training and mobility with an existing yoga practice. Learn exercises that will put your flexibility to work, develop enhanced mind/muscle coordination, and add a new functional and dynamic dimension to your practice.
