Embodying the Abode: A 5hr Online Training w Antonia Lingemann
Saturday, April 6th + Sunday, April 7th
10a - 12:30p EST
In this 5 hour training we will cover the foundations of Katonah Yoga based on one of our main metaphors, the body as a house.
On day one we will cover the main principles of the material and do a big practice that gives you an idea of the structure of the house. A formal practice, measuring up to right angles and setting up the conditions for a house that’s meant to hold up over time.
Day two will be about living in the house, a restorative practice combined with pranayama. Turning the house into a home and keeping it clean and organized.
