The five element theory explains how we understand the organs and the seasons, how we read bodies and faces, and how we might sequence a class or approach a private. The formula of five also stands for the spacial and embodied experience of the four corners (our body as a house or frame) with the practitioner’s soul and breath at the center.

This training gives clues on how to integrate the ancient knowledge of TCM into a modern practice and plays with the organic geometry of five, the middle of each personal sphere that makes the practitioner a conduit between heaven and earth.
