In this workshop we will explore the rich material of Katonah Yoga’s fundamental principles. Using the pillars of sacred geometry, maps and metaphors, we will engage the imagination to organize and orient the body and mind so that we can develop great habits that hold up over time. The goal is for you to leave renewed, empowered and joyful, with the tools and techniques you need to cultivate a sustainable practice.
Both days will include learning about the material, applying it into a practice, and then time for reflection and questions.
This is for newcomers to Katonah as well as seasoned practitioners who would like to further refine their practice and knowledge of the theory.
