This workshop will clarify how to use muscle intelligently to enhance your capacity in Yoga postures and beyond.
We will practice simple and powerful drills that clarify how to use and develop strength to access and support corners that are hard to reach, and cover essential fundamentals for maintenance of your articulations.

Saturday: core, spine, shoulders, upper limbs
Sunday: core, spine, hips, lower limbs
Each session ends with meditation because the way to enjoy a well-built house is to “be” in it!
