Spring Renewal: A 5hr Restorative Yoga Training with Alice York
Saturday May 11th & Sunday May 12th
11:00am - 1:30pm EST
Within the container of this 5 hour training, you’ll take a dive into the practice of restorative yoga, focusing on how to better organize the body to find good rest and reformation and to soothe the mind.
You will learn how to incorporate Katonah Yoga philosophy, theory, prop setups, pranayama, and meditation techniques throughout the two days together.
See what personal insights form, what physiological and nervous system shifts occur, and what else unfolds as you allow yourself to unwind.
Whether you’re deepening your personal practice, looking for more ways to destress, exploring new modalities to teach or seeking new material to weave into your existing classes, there is something for you here!
Day One

Restorative Yoga through a Katonah Yoga lens
Plenty of meditation, breathing, and restorative practice
Day Two:
