Maggie & Marion are here to give you their favorite techniques designed to fire you up. Think heart pumping, heated practices, lots of twists and backbends, cleansing tricks and maybe even a little air time (totally optional). We'll also play energetically with Chinese theory around the liver and gallbladder, we'll boost your imagination game and stoke your flame with effervescent breathwork.
Come ready to look into how you're spending your time, who you're spending it with, what recipes have left a sour taste in your mouth lately and start to put yourself out there to experience a spring awakening through collaboration.
